POLIMASTER 670

POLYURETHANE PAINT – CLEAR

Polimaster 670 is a premium-grade, clear polyurethane protective coating designed for industrial floors, commercial concrete surfaces, epoxy-coated substrates, and wood furniture. This two-component, solvent-based polyurethane delivers a high-gloss, UV-stable, and non-yellowing finish that resists abrasion, chemicals, and weather exposure. It can be applied directly to concrete, over epoxy or polyurethane topcoats, or as a durable clear coating for interior and exterior wood.
Ideal for use in warehouses, showrooms, architectural projects, and furniture manufacturing, Polimaster 670 enhances surface clarity while providing long-term protection in demanding environments.

Application Guide

Application Instructions:

1. Surface Preparation

  • Ensure surface is fully cured, clean, dry, and free of grease, dust, and contaminants.

  • For existing coatings (epoxy or polyurethane), lightly sand and clean before recoating.

2. Mixing

  • Mix Part A and Part B thoroughly in the prescribed ratio.

  • Stir mechanically for 3–5 minutes until fully blended.

  • Allow recommended induction time, if applicable.

3. Application

  • Apply using roller, brush, or airless spray.

  • Recommended application: 2 coats

  • Typical coverage: 8–10 m² per liter per coat, depending on substrate porosity and texture.

  • Recoat interval: 6–12 hours (temperature-dependent)

  • Light foot traffic: 24 hours

  • Full cure: 5–7 days

4. Clean-Up

  • Use polyurethane-compatible thinner or solvent for tool and equipment cleaning immediately after use.
