Application Guide

Surface Preparation:

  • Ensure midcoat or primer is fully cured, dry, and clean. Sand with #100 grit if midcoat is used, then vacuum to remove all dust and debris.

Mixing Instructions:

  • Mix Part A and Part B in the prescribed ratio (usually 4:1 by volume unless otherwise specified).

  • Stir thoroughly using a mechanical stirrer until mixture is fully uniform.

  • If necessary, thin up to 5% with Syntex Thinner #90 to improve workability.

Application Method:

  • Apply with lint-free roller, natural bristle brush, or airless spray.

  • Apply 2 coats, allowing 4 hours recoat time between layers at 25–30°C.

  • Avoid excessive rolling or overlapping to minimize lap marks and ensure a uniform gloss finish.

Additional Notes:

  • All surfaces must be dry, clean, and free from contaminants before application.

  • Clean tools immediately with Syntex Thinner #90 after use.

  • For best results, maintain ambient conditions within product’s recommended application range.
